When twits like samantha who obviously have something against christians speaks, you know you hit the truth. i think what this band did is as ungodly as it gets. And i suspect their motives aren’t far from the negative-spiritual.

Where are you people coming from? This was posted well over three years ago. Evanescence was being played on Christian stations all over the country for a long time, and then they got popular and decided they didn’t want anything to do with Christian music. Yes, they said they were never a Christian band — that was in the interview I mentioned. Did you read it? And where in the post did I mention the word “satanic”?

I’m guessing some avid fan from an Evanescence message board or something found this post and got all riled up about it. It’s quite amusing, really. I had even forgotten Evanescence still existed until you guys showed up. Heh.

SERIOUSLY!! Amy Lee, Ben Moody, and GOD KNOWS who else even stated publically that they are not a Christian Rock band.

And what do you freakin mean “Atleast its a good the Evanescence has renounced their association with Christian music, so we know where they stand” THEY’RE NOT EVEN SATANIC EITHER!!!! You bible thumpers need to get your facts straight.

Dude, Ev. said they were NEVER a Christian band, and their RECORD LABEL pulled them from Christian music stores. Give more scrutiny to your facts before you make any conclusions.
